A yoga teacher since 1997, I am also the founder and owner of Full Radiance Yoga. As a passionate student of yoga and meditation for 30 years, my classes weave heart-nourishing yoga philosophy with the artful science of biomechanics.
Drawn to gentler practices and inspired by the healing potential of yoga, I am a community cultivator who values authenticity and humor and who strives to create spaces where everyone feels seen and empowered.
Because of my deep connection to and reverence for the authentic culture and roots of authentic Yoga, my classes feature all the sacred limbs of the practice and are infused with equal amounts of Asana (yogic postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra, and meditation.
My goal as a teacher is to use my deep understanding of consciousness and the potential of the human spirit to create empowering practices that allow students to intentionally move their bodies through poses, inspiring mindfulness, reflection, and personal transformation.
(she/her) Julie Bannon has been practicing yoga on and off the mat for 15 years. Julie now teaches yoga and meditation retreats and leads mindful travel excursions.
(she/her) Mimi has been teaching yoga since 2009. Throughout her career as a yoga teacher, she has prioritized accessibility and has worked to open up the practice of yoga to audiences that have felt excluded or marginalized in yoga spaces.
