(she/her) Mimi has been teaching yoga since 2009. Throughout her career as a yoga teacher, she has prioritized accessibility and has worked to open up the practice of yoga to audiences that have felt excluded or marginalized in yoga spaces.
I’ve been on my yoga journey for over eight years. In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Anusara yoga teacher training with Sara. In my classes, I embrace props to honor our bodies and their daily shifts, inviting playful exploration and celebration.
