Chair Yoga Teacher Training
Chair Yoga is incredibly versatile and opens up the possibility for more people to participate and benefit from yoga! This training, aimed at certified yoga instructors who have already completed a 200hr training, is being led by Mimi Budnick (ERYT 200, YACEP).
This pass is for the training May 29-31. The in-person hours are as follows:
- Friday 6-9pm
- Saturday 12:30-6:30
- Sunday 12-5
This is offered as a sliding scale training.
