From Liz: "All of my classes incorporate strengthening exercises, fluid movement, postures for lengthening and freeing up space, and mindfulness, but my primary intention is to offer opportunities to connect with yourself through kindness and curiosity. My hope is that class moves at a pace that allows you to be attentive and take your time while also enjoying the rhythm of the breath and body. I use language rooted in choice and encourage you to pick and choose what's enjoyable, interesting, or useful along the way."
