Centering, breathing consciously, movement, and meditation. A bit of each, and experience how the combination of these yogic elements can open up a sense of grounding, ease, and joy for your whole day.
Monday-Thursday at 7:45am, retreat into a morning practice of japa, pranayama, asana, and meditation and springboard into a radiant day.
