No experience is necessary and all are welcome in this relaxing practice. This slow and easeful 60-minute class will offer gentle postures, calming breath work, and guided relaxation to help you release the day and prepare your body, mind, and heart for a restful night's sleep
Note: Calming practices can also cool the body. An added layer for warmth during the final rest practice (e.g. cozy socks) is encouraged!
